The Prashnavali should be used in a sincere & serious manner. Approach Prashnavali with respect as you might approach a wise elder or friend.
It is better to use the Prashnavali when you are in a relatively clean mode. For e.g. if you are using this from your home, refresh yourself before using Prashnavali and if you are in office , do it as one of the first things in the morning. Your mind should also be free from negative thoughts.
